The app needs an internet connection to fetch the timetable and confirm bookings. If it can't reach us, you'll see a connection message rather than a blank screen — here's how to clear it.

Check you are online
Open a web page in your browser. If that does not load either, it is your connection rather than the app.

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
Studio and gym Wi-Fi is often busy or restricted. Turning Wi-Fi off and using mobile data fixes it surprisingly often.

Turn flight mode on and off
Ten seconds each way. It forces your phone to reconnect from scratch.

Pull down to refresh
Once you are back online, swipe down on the screen to fetch everything again.

Close the app fully and reopen it
Swipe it away from your recent apps rather than just going back to the home screen.
No connection
We can't reach Bee Fit right now. Check your internet connection and try again.
